Responsibilities
Manage and lead consultative sales processes for business clients.
Conduct sales calls with warm leads, analyze client needs, and tailor customized solutions.
Support and nurture existing clients by building long-term relationships and providing ongoing solutions to evolving needs.
Coordinate with recruitment and marketing teams to continuously improve business outcomes.
Track project progress, analyze data, and provide real-time solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management and/or B2B sales
High-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Office tools and strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage conversations with business clients.
Commercial mindset, service-oriented approach, and strong business needs analysis ability.
Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
Advantages
