Had my job have trouble with the numbers for my references (I’m assuming because numbers are international?)

Anyway sent them emails instead I know 2 of my 3 references completed the form and sent it in, and one other reference never found the email by the deadline

Would this third reference not being able to complete the form hurt my chances at the job?

Currently in Germany, made the move to live with boyfriend that is stationed here but obviously need logistical support to stay even though he is comfortable providing me with everything I need during our year here.

Does anybody know how long the hiring timeline is for this type of stuff?

Had two interviews and told them I needed logistical support as well as the timeline for when I’d be forced to leave.
