Got my first fight in 5 weeks feeling very confident in my technique,speed in power however I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I should go about doing cardio
I don’t tend to run often and mainly use the assault bike for some disgustingly difficult conditioning sessions and swimming to train my cardio outside of Muay Thai
Can any one tell me if it’s worth my time adding in running or should I stick to what I’m doing
