Hi everyone, recently I bought from the Amazfit website the Amazfit helio core, thinking that I would have just needed to buy the strap from a third party and that was it.

When I received the package the charger and the metal frame that is attached to the core and used to wear the strap were missing.

Now the charger is not a big deal, but the frame is the most important thing, the stra on the official website is out of stock and the only thing available is the arm strap , but I have no idea if I can use the frame for the normal wrist band.

Do you know if the arm strap frame is compatible or eventually if there is some place where I can just buy the metal frame?
