
Gigahertz ASUS repair
Hello! I just wanna ask for advices and opinions regarding gigahertz poor customer service.
My laptop is zephyrus g14, bought it from them (SM marikina gigahertz) last october 2025. April 20 2026 ko dinala sa kanila yung unit. Ang naging issue is stuck sa booting yung unit, nag-oon but stuck sa logo at the start. I was hoping sana na may updates din sila regarding sa diagnosis kaso wala. May 2026 na and still same lang yung nasa tracking repair
Also, reading from other posts dito, same experiences with gigahertz customer service, sana nakita ko na dati before buying from them. Ngayon ko lang nabasa other bas experiences with them and I’m a little worried, and I badly need the laptop for work.
What actions do you guys recommend? Or contact details na pwede malapitan. Sana may makatulong, thank you! :)
