I bought their black pointed mary janes and was really looking forward to it but much to my disappointment one of the covering of insoles came partly detached - attaching photos and when I went to return or exchange - they demand 200 rupees!!!! Be it a return or exchange like the shoes are already priced at 1600 and then if their quality comes pathetic we need to pay also?!

I will say avoid and maybe buy similar shoes from local showrooms at the same or lower price - I learn my lesson the hard way :,)
