I feel so out of control.
Hey everyone I’m 25 Female. Growing up I had lots of random allergies with no clear indication of what was the allergen. Then in my teens they just all went away. Then at 25 I have developed a new allergy which strange enough is related to the weather. Anytime I touch, feel or drink anything cold. That part of my body turns red and breaks out in hives. I’ll attach some photos as a reference. Initially doctors said chilblains but now are unsure as it’s been months and presentation is different. At its worst I break out in extrem hives and have to reheat my body and the swelling goes away and redness. I had my engagement shoot and there was a gust of wind and it ruined my shoot. I turned red and swollen. It’s completely consumed my life. Cold drinks make my face red or holding cold drinks my hands swell and itch and turn red. I have been anemic for some months and have some GI issues. Im feeling hopeless as the doctors are just giving up and telling me to avoid the cold but a simple gust of wind ruined my special day
