Around 7 years ago (too long, I know) my dentist had a hard acrylic nightguard made for me and it has done wonders. That being said, I had pretty significant orthodontic work growing up and my teeth are still extremely prone to shifting. My current nightguard is pretty bulky/robust and was made using impressions so it could replace my retainer. Any advice on where I could go to get something comparable made? I'm expecting to pay a solid amount to replace it but my current dentist couldn't help me and every website i look at is pushing really cheap/flimsy looking night guards that appear to be plastic and wouldn't be able to manage as a retainer. I had the original made while I was still living in the US.
