Today, my company's Fortigate was upgraded to version 7.4.11 (Fortigate is managed by an external company).
In the meantime, five 231k fortiaps have also been installed to replace the old fortiaps (221c)
In this moment all the new APs have the power led as orange.
The company that manages the FortiGate tells me that they can see the APs, that it looks like they have obtained an IP address, but that LLDP is missing and they are unable to complete the registration.
What could be the reasons? Thanks to anyone who replies.
