Been having high heart rate on and off if I stand/ move around too much. It seems to resolve if I sit or lay down. Basically can’t do anything active whatsoever without my heart acting up skipping beats and such. The only other time I experienced this was about 5 years ago, and it was discovered I was also quite anemic at the time. Had iron infusions and everything resolved. I just had bloodwork and I am anemic again. Mcv is was in the normal range but hemoglobin was 11.1 and ferritin 11.5. Has anybody had an experience like this with the heart issues being related to anemia?
