Was listening to a playlist and found this awesome Bioshock-themed song!

Ugh I don’t have a lot to go on, but I think it was made from 2010-2020. I feel like it’s a song that is slower than the rest of the band’s or artist’s discography. I feel like the lyrics may include “hourglass” and “time to kill.” It’s a male voice and it’s slow and sad but with heavier type guitars. I recorded a bit of what the song sounds like.
