I got this tattoo yesterday, it was a cover up of a very old stick and poke

I noticed today that the second skin had a pretty big ink sac so after a little more than 24h I removed it under warm water

It’s still very red and kinda hurts, I don’t remember any of my other tattoos feeling that way… also this one side looks like it’s spreading?

Idk do you guys think it’s gona fix itself? For now I’ll keep using vitamin e
