I had my 2018 Buick Encore worked on. A lot was done. Nothing to do with electrical work. After I got it back, my radio is not the same. It doesn’t show my maps, texts, podcasts, anything. It just shows this! (First picture)

Does ANYONE know what happened? I called , they said to bring it back in. But I’d like to see if I could fix it.
