Hello, I’m a recent mechanical engineering graduate (finished December last year) currently trying to get back into the industry after being recently laid off from my recent role. I’m trying for entry to mid level mechanical engineering positions across any industry and am open to opportunities anywhere in Australia, with full willingness to relocate. I’ve been applying consistently but haven’t had any callbacks so far, which makes me think there may be issues with how my resume presents my experience, skills, or projects. I’m also on a post-graduate work visa, which might be affecting my chances, but I’m not entirely sure. I’d really appreciate any honest feedback on my resume or advice on how to improve my chances of landing interviews.
