Anybody here Vegan with IBS? I'm kinda desperate

Hello there guys, maybe some of you can help me out or show me there is hope yet.

I have been vegan for about 4/5 years. I don't imagine myself eating differently than the way I eat. However, lately I have been having horrible IBS episodes with lots of bloating and gas that do not let me sleep at night.

I'm exhausted and very tired of feeling like this most days. In the past I ignored it and just passed the gas, but I don't know why lately it's been getting worse, with a lot of intermittent diarrhea and constipation.

I have had a colonoscopy done that came clean, I tested negative for SIBO and apparently I am tolerant to gluten. The only thing for me to try is low FODMAP again to see if that helps...

But being vegan and low FODMAP doesn't seem the most healthy and nutritional way to eat.

Any of you had similar issues and were able to reintroduce the things they like?

I'm seeing my doctor in a few deys to beg for whatever tests there are to look for food intolerances or allergies, and apart from that the only thing left to do is to start a reduction diet to see if anything improves...

I'm just very sad about the idea of having to reintroduce animal foods. It would be a bit devastating.

Thanks for any help you can give me!
