Hello everyone, 2 weeks ago I woke up at 3am to go pee, and noticed I was pretty dizzy. I was half awake so I just went back to sleep. A few hours later when I woke up for the day, I noticed when running the water that my right ear felt "full" and couldn't hear the water as well.

It's been that way since. It feels like the volume is a bit turned down, and sounds are a little lower pitched. No tinnitus, the full feeling went away after 2 days. I don't get allergies and haven't been sick recently.

I ended up downloading different hearing apps, and all are good, around 15-25 db in both ears up to 8k, my right ear actually being better than my left.

I'm so confused. I found out about the humming test, and when I do it, the sound is noticeably louder in my good ear, the left.

I would just book an appointment, but I'm physically disabled and currently in the process of being considered for disability, so I do not have insurance or money, and from what I've read it doesn't sound like SSHL, because hearing loss from that seems to be much more severe.

Does anyone here have any idea of what it could possibly be?

I also hope I'm not offending anyone by posting this, just hoping for some insight on what this could be, and if I need to bite the bullet and go in. I'm a bit overwhelmed because I already have other major medical stuff going on.
