I live in California. I have been working at a warehouse for 2 months now. I got hired on with 3 other employees. One of them is racist, says the N word, referred to humans as monkeys, is politicly opinionated and drinks on the job. A supervisor even caught him and turned a blind eye until another coworker saw him and finally spoke out. We had a meeting with HR one one one over the phone on Thursday and he hasn’t come back. “Out sick” apparently the company is waiting to see if he returns. To be fair he never had his chance to speak to HR so possibly waiting to speak to him to get his side as well. I don’t see how it would matter though as all of us agree he is a problem to work with.
What is my plan of action moving forward if he is allowed to work with us and I’m made to work with him?
