Land: 15 cents
Scale: \~3450 sq. ft
Design idea: Modern "mansion" aesthetic. Non-flat roof (mono-pitch/butterfly) optimized for Kerala's climate.
Budget: Total ₹1.5 Cr (includes land + construction).
