I’m based in India and have around 5 years of experience in SEO, including on-page SEO, technical SEO, off-page SEO, and improving visibility on search engines and AI search results.

I’m trying to understand how SEO specialists usually find agency partnerships or white-label SEO opportunities where they handle the SEO work while the agency manages the clients.

For those who have done this before, how did you find these kinds of collaborations when starting out? Are there specific platforms, communities, or strategies that work well?

I have about 5 years of experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and ranking websites in AI search results). Now I want to start working as a freelancer, but I’m not sure how to get my first clients.

I tried platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer, but it is difficult to get the first project. I also receive many spam or fraud messages, especially on Fiverr.

I also tried searching keywords on Google and contacting websites that are ranking after page 2 or 3.

What are the best ways to find the first few SEO clients as a freelancer? Any advice would be very helpful.
