The protondb page says to use some flags to get the game running, i can get through the launcher and the intro movie just fine, but it crashes as soons as i see the loading screen.

It doesn't seem to be a problem for people who own the game (its really expensive rn even tho its old), and from what i have gathered from the proton logs it seems to be a D3DCompiler error, i have all the dependencies installed i just dk why it keeps crashing.

Funny enough it works just fine on wine staging, but i cant acess the launcher so no mods.

any help would be appreciated
