What I'm curious about is that he doesn't do this when:

Eating

Drinking

Sleeping

Outside

Or, focused on any activity.

Also, rubbing his underside while he is standing reduces the degree, but this is also probably because it focuses his attention.

Is there a veterinary term for this?
