Most high yield scenarios to know the antibiotics for? I mean like meningitis empiric treatment, lung abscess treatment, pneumonia treatment. Could everyone please share similar scenarios and the Abx of choice (empiric or specific treatment)?
E.g. Empiric treatment for meningococcal meningitis in a teenager in a dorm - Ceftriaxone (N. men) + Vancomycin (for strep pneumo)
