Hello Guys so I have built w custom made smoker and the neighbours are getting really pissed off from the smoke. We talking like a lot of white smoke coming off for hours. The wood im using is seasoned however i think the issue is the firebox

As you can see in the photos the firebox has a drawer for airflow.

And has a door thats it.

Now i notice when i have the drawer open and door closed the wood doesnt burn well.

So i removed the drawer and opened the door a little.

Wood burns better but still consistent white smoke.

Also if you wanna mention that the log is too big. I have tried small chunks of wood. It burns with little less smoke but still gives white smoke all time it bruns.

What should i do in this case?

Any help would be appreciated
