Hi,

My first time posting here and about ITIL:)

ITIL has been in my agenda for last 2 years, I am a professional PM and mostly specialized in finance, process improvement projects. I want to do shift in my career, but without a proper knowledge I dont want to do it.

If anyone passed ITIL exam in the last 6 months, could you please share your experience, how exam is being updated, which resources are needed, should I take ITIL foundation one?
