So I have this quite old guitar. Worthless moneywise, but it has sentimental value to me.

Since picking it up again maybe half or 3/4 year ago, the wear marks have increased significantly on the fretboard. I have been playing very much tho.

I like that it has wear marks.
I would not mind it having much more wear.
I am just wondering why it is getting these marks now as it has been played also quite much in the past.
Should i worry it wearing too much?
Should I maybe use some oil or something if it is too dry or something?
