I made an OC, but it does have some book 16 spoilers.
>!Algae is a greenish aquamarine Seawing with an earring in his right ear, who is one of the brothers of Turtle. He was one of the only brothers that Turtle had that didn’t bully him, instead Algae liked to go and collect pearls with Turtle. He was a relatively peaceful dragon, so when he found out about the war on one of Blister’s visits, ran away and hid at the far side of the ocean (about a quarter way to Pantala.) When the war was over, he went back to the Deep palace, but everyone thought he was dead as he left without saying goodbye to anyone. After he left the Deep palace, he decided to live somewhere else, and then he saw something. Turtle was using his animus magic against Anemone?! (Book 9 Turtle Anemone animus fight.) When the fight was over, and they got teleported away, Algae was so spooked they ran southwest. They eventually landed on a shore where he would rest, but then he felt claws on him. It was Mulberry. Mulberry lead him to the Court of Refuge, where he stayed (because of the barrier, so it is impossible to leave.) there, and he likes watching and listening to Aurora’s concerts.!<
