Hi guys!

I've developed dysautonomia after a Ciprofloxacin intoxication back in 2016. I've been left with many symptoms like fatigue, neuropathy, muscle pain, brain fog, low blood pressure episodes, temperature regulation issues, etc.

I had Covid back in 2021, which made these symptoms way worse, and introduced a few more, like worsening post-exertional malaise, etc.

From time to time now, I have what I could call an infection, where I remain days with body pain, postnasal drip, facial pain, general malaise, fatigue, loose stools, and in the end of the entire process, the sensation that I'm breathing "manually", or that my lungs are hot/inflammed, which can last from a few days, to weeks.

Every time this happens, I run a lot of tests to detect an active infection, which always come back as negative.

I also get a very strange symptom where my body would shake back and forth when sitting down or standing, like if it was trying to compensate for something.

Do you guys ever had a similar experience? It feels like I get a dysautonomia crash after some days of heavy mental work, or even the contact with some air virus (but not an actual infection).
