CBRE is hiring an Associate Technical Trainer to support learning and capability development across our Data Center operations. This role partners closely with subject matter experts to design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs that support critical infrastructure teams.

What You’ll Do

• Design and administer technical training programs covering data center operations and systems
• Develop and refresh content, curriculum, and learning resources in partnership with technical SMEs
• Facilitate training delivery and optimize methods to drive knowledge transfer
• Track training metrics and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and impact
• Ensure training programs align with CBRE governance and quality standards
• Stay current on learning methodologies and apply best practices

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or technical enablement
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical learning experiences
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
