Got my sale haul. So happy for these! Have been watching the Last Waltz at Thanksgiving with my father in law for years… on VHS. He’s going to be thrilled! But, I really want to talk about the Tree of Life blu. I’ve held off on owning it hoping for a 4k but finally caved. Holy cow! This is easily the best looking blu ray I own, and better than almost 90% of my 4k UHDs and DV. How is this possible? How does it look THIS good? Do all the Malick blus look this good??? Any way, totally thrilled. No blind buys, but might be adding Thin Red Line if it’s as good as ToL.
