Prime black (lacquer) > white zenithal (lacquer) Zenithal technique with AnchoreT Ferrari red (lacquer) > another zenithal style dusting with AnchoreT Italian red > a light coat of luquitex pyrrole red ink over it (the AnchoreT paints are honestly more vibrant than the ink, but the ink gave it a nice boost) > finally some liberal coats of AK ultra matte varnish over them.

While it was my least favorite on my first trip, I grew to love this book subsequently. I wouldn’t have picked it if I had a choice, but it was such a low starting bid, I had to.
