(THEORY)(SPOILER)Shrine Eating Theory
I thought of this a couple hours ago and ran it over with some friends, please let me know if there is any consistencies. I could see this answering a good bit of questions that fans still have in jjk and its manga sequel!
What if Sukuna’s (and Yuij’s) cursed technique Shrine had an ability to it where after a “meal” is “completed” they were able to “eat” it. Hear me out. In a literally sense a person (meal) would be killed or like hurt or killed or diced (completed) in a sense and then they are able to absorb that person cursed energy into their reserved, basically adding it to their overall max amount. Like EATING them. It would explain so much, like how Yujis cursed energy and power skyrockets the second he awakened Shrine, and how Sukuna is always said enjoy eating mostly humans. IT COULD EXPLAIN WHY YUJI IS SO FUCKING STRONG IN MODULO, HE IS AN IMMORTAL GLUTTON EATING A NEVER ENDING FEAST.
This does poses a couple questions I thought of:
—— Did Megumi inherit Shrine?
—— If he did, does that mean he passed from old age in the sequel, or does the agenda win again?
A question about Vessels and Incarnated Sorcerers:
—— If Megumi didn’t inherit shrine, does that mean a vessel has to be specifically made for an incarnation (like Sukuna) to inherit the incarnations cursed technique?
