Hi,
I just got my Ledger Nano Gen5. Setting it up was pretty easy. It seemed like it was going to be simple to use but then I started having problems.
My Ledger Nano Gen5 rebooted while I was sleeping. When I woke up and picked it up it had been reset to the beginning. So I had to set up my Ledger Nano Gen5 over again.
When my Ledger Nano Gen5 was connected to my computer it froze when I was trying to enter my PIN. Then it. Went back to the factory settings again.
My Ledger Nano Gen5 keeps restarting for no reason.
This happened again when I was trying to confirm something on an app and my Ledger Nano Gen5 restarted and reset to the factory settings again.
All of these things happened in the two days I had my Ledger Nano Gen5. This is really frustrating for me because I bought my Ledger Nano Gen5 to make things easier.. Now every time it restarts I have to spend a lot of time putting the apps back on my Ledger Nano Gen5. I think devices like my Ledger Nano Gen5 should not be resetting all the time.
I have read about people having similar problems, with their Ledger Nano Gen5 but I know these problems are not common so my Ledger Nano Gen5 is probably just defective. So should I just get my Ledger Nano Gen5 replaced under the warranty or should I think about getting a model or even a different kind of device from a different company?
