Heya everyone! I recently made a post asking for some beginner recipes and stuff, and from all the answers that ive got, i decided to make burritos.

Recipe is extremely easy
1/2 of red paprika diced
1/2 of orange paprika diced
Whole onion
2 medium carrots
400g of ground beef
Some rice
Seasonings
Cook it, mix it on the tortilla and thats it.

Tastes extremely good, would have attached photos, but unfortunately can’t :(

Also quick question, what would be the best way to defrost a frozen burrito? In a microwave or oven?

Hi everyone, I have survived couple of years of my adulthood with little to no cooking skills, i can make some rice/pasta with veggies (frozen pre-cut ones from the store), halfway decent in doing some chicken (chicken breast, cut up breast, chicken legs in the oven and stuff. Pasta with ground meat. The most basic apple pie. Ofc fried eggs, boiled eggs, all sorts of porridge.
Not to mention some emergency pizza :)

Right now even though all of that is enough, i want to somewhat expand my skills but i have no idea where to start so i want to find out about some more basic recipes, maybe guides, videos. I want to become a decent home-cook just so i dont eat same thing over and over again.

Im not a fan of soups, but i enjoy them from time to time so some guides for soups would also be appreciated

Quick thing to mention, i dont like fish (and not because it was not cooked properly, its just that i dont like it)

Thanks in advance to everyone who tries to help a beginner!
