So I work 12 hour shifts, with four in a row, and then (usually) five days off in between. I used Runna last year to run my first 10k race, and loved the workouts and consistency, but felt like I was getting burnt out, because I wanted to do 3-4 runs per week, but ended running every single one of my days off, which just wasn’t sustainable for me. I’m planning on running a half marathon at the end of the summer, and would like to do four runs on my days off, so my “weeks” are nine days long, not seven. I was wondering if there was a way to reorganize my runs to fit this schedule. I would be planning on saying my “start date” for my plan was a few weeks earlier and manually reorganizing the runs for my days off. Thanks for all the help!

TLDR; can I reorganize my runs for a few weeks before my plan’s official start date
