(Online) (Sundays 3:00 PM EST) (D&D 5e 2014) (Beginner Friendly) Looking for 2-3 players for a roleplay focused Elemental World!
Hi hi hi!! My name is Gracyn/Kitt! (She/her) I’m 23 and I have loved dnd for the majority of my life!! I’m a fan of anime, video games, vocaloid and musicals (basically just all nerdy stuff lol) and I’m looking for players for my campaign I created! (Inspired by ATLA of course but there will not be any actual bending homebrew)
Basic summary:
Artheir is a continent segmented into four territories.
Calida, Ferrus, Oriens and Cultura.
These four territories are all assigned an element. Calida being fire, Ferrus assigned to earth, Oriens the water and Cultura with air. After the Calidan and Orienite war 30 years ago, Oriens was separated from the continent by an impenetrable 100 ft tall Tidal Wall. None can go in and out other than royal officials. Cultura was nearly destroyed by the collateral damage of the war, and Ferrus has basically shut themselves down to avoid conflict with the overruling power of Calida. Due to the tensions of the war, the citizens of each territory are wary of the others and make conflict worse.
Players should expect: Mystery, Drama, action, political intrigue, heavy roleplay along with a lot of fun! Bring an elemental based character and we can all have a good time!
Things to be aware of: I am not a first time DM but it has been many years 😅 I’ll do my best to make it fun for everyone!
I would prefer players with limited experience/newcomers so everyone can be on the same playing field! I’ve been playing DnD 5e since I was like 11-12! I’m very well versed in the rules and mechanics so I’ll do my best to help you learn!
I hate politics of any form. I don’t care what side you’re on politically, please keep it to yourself. Any political talk will be kept to a minimum and anyone who consistently brings it up will be taken out of game and spoken to privately. And if it persists I will kick you from my table. Dungeons and Dragons is an escape from reality, get your shitty reality out of the game.
If I like your application, I will get in contact with you through discord and we’ll have an in-call interview just for a general vibe check! Once I’ve completed that I will pick out 2-3 players!
Once youre added to the game, you’ll collaborate with your fellow players and the DM (me) to build a backstory both individually and collaboratively! I will be incorporating the backstories you create together so it will take a few weeks to fully start the campaign after you have finished this!
