Hi all, I just got approved to rent a room through Bungalow and I thought everything was peachy, but I was doing due diligence and did some research on them and found pretty scathing things on Trustpilot, BBB, etc. I was wondering if anyone's had experience renting through them in Seattle and if I need to be cautious about going into this for 12 months. In a lot of aspects it would be the perfect room for my upcoming year, but I don't want to get trapped in something I regret. I haven't met my potential roommates so I have no idea who I'd be sharing the house with as well.
