I was laid off by Amazon on 28th of January but my separation date was April 28th. They filed my H1B and I got selected in the lottery. I am scheduled for interviews to hopefget back in to Amazon, it says that they will advise USCIS to revoke my selection but I was wondering if I still have a chance. How long would it take Amazon to notify USCIS about laid off employees? Online it says it can take a few weeks. Was wondering if anyone has any experience with this?
