Help me settle a debate I am having.

So [[Dina, Essence Brewer]]’s first ability is a triggered ability that says “whenever you sacrifice a creature, draw a card. This ability only triggers once per turn”

[[Roaming Throne]] says that if another trigger occurs on a creature that shares a creature type with it triggers an additional time.

What I say: Dina still only triggers once, since the trigger is a hard once per turn and it doesn’t copy the trigger it makes the card in question do it again.

My friend says: It will trigger an additional time because roaming throne overrides Dina since it came after and when two conflicting things hit the field you use time stamp order.

Which one of us is right or are neither of us right?
