For my dissertation, I am conducting a short anonymous survey analysing passenger experiences on British Airways’ African routes. I want to evaluate whetherAfrican passengers receive worse service as there are fewer alternative airlines.
With growing competition in the African aviation market from Asian and other European airlines, I want to hear honest passenger perspectives on if British Airways still delivers the standard expected of a renowned global flag carrier. 🇬🇧
