Ontario beer keg - awful service / warning
Wanted to share my awful experience. Warning: Never buy valuable equipment from OBK, they refuse to offer legal warranty!
I purchased for nearly 2000$ with them and reached out about a faulty kegland thermometer that stopped working after about 40 days of buying it. They answered that they only offer warranty for 30 days and after that it’s not their problem. Imagine if my brand new Brewzilla 4 stops working!
Only got condescending answers and no help whatsoever. I will have to fill a complaint with consumer protection services, because the seller is responsible for offering warranty for reasonable lifespan of the equipement they sell (40 days for 80$ thermometer is not reasonable)
I wanted to buy local and do a good thing but I will stick with amazon to get actual customer service
