Ok so I have been breastfeeding/exclusively pumping since 6 months. I got my period back 2 months after giving birth and it was regular, however heavier than before I was pregnant and a shorter luteal phase. I’ve been slowly weaning the past two months (my son is 14.5 months) and I just did my final pump last night. My period should be here by now (it’s day 14 of luteal phase while breastfeeding it’s been like 8-11 days) but it’s just been spotting for days. I know I ovulated because I track with Inito but I just don’t understand why my period hasn’t started. Could this one pump really mess it up so much? Has anyone had this happen? I am 39 and want another baby so I’m just freaking out about my hormones and my period not coming.
