Failed implant but can’t find cause

39F. I’ve had this implant for five years. It does a lot of chewing for me and has been fine. Got a new prettier crown to put on it and upon getting the crown switched I had jolts of pain. So they put it back, tested it and found it is the implant causing pain. Thing is the bone is beautiful. It’s sturdy. Everything looks perfectly fine. My surgeon is suggesting to remove it and replace it. The bone is fine, there’s no infection, but it hurts? I can’t find anything about this mysterious version of an implant failure anywhere and thought I’d ask here before going through the removal. I can chew on it, sometimes something hard will hurt but not often. It’s fine otherwise. It’s very strange.

Every time I work on Final Cut my computer starts to make this noise. I can’t seem to find anyone else who’s experiencing this. Here’s a video :) any advice would be helpful. I don’t want to bring it to the Apple Store unless I have to cause i feel like these days they say it’s normal and brush you off. I’m nervous to keep using my device :/ unless this is normal? Thank you!
