46 pity on char and 35 pity on LC btw, guaranteed too

I'm guaranteed and have 46 pity on character, and 35 pity on LC

I was just doing some testing with how much I can spam blockbuster using evergreen evil + starlight rose since evergreen gets 5% blockbuster meter per buff received by the team (basically 20% every 3 seconds) but then after like 5 T3 blockbusters it just stopped working???

My biggest concern would be if this were to happen in a real match
