Hi everyone.
First off: I'm a guy, turning 23 in May. I weigh 58 kg, or 127.9 lbs.
At my height (172 cm, or 5'8"), I'm on the lean side.
I want to pump up my abs and chest, but regular push-ups and abdominal exercises clearly won't be enough.
I don't want to go to the gym because I'm too shy.
I don't know how to eat right. I don't really know how to exercise either.
I work 8-hour shifts on a bus assembly line.
My last "workouts" (if you could call them that) were pointless, lasting half an hour. If anyone's interested, ask me in person.
So what should I do? Should I try? Or is it just too much for me as an ectomorph? I feel disgusted when I look in the mirror without a shirt.
