I didn’t realize how much money I was wasting on food until I actually paid attention.

Every week it was the same:

– buying random groceries

– forgetting what I already had

– cooking something last minute

– throwing food away at the end of the week

And the worst part — every evening I had the same question:

“What should we eat today?”

It sounds simple, but after work + life, it becomes surprisingly stressful.

So I tried to fix it for myself.

I built a simple tool that:

– plans meals for the whole week

– generates a shopping list automatically

– keeps things minimal (no 20 ingredients recipes)

Now the difference is honestly crazy:

– I spend less time thinking about food

– fewer grocery trips

– almost no wasted food

I’m still improving it, but even this version already helped me a lot.

Curious — how do you guys handle meal planning?

Do you plan ahead or just figure it out daily?
