Trying to follow the flying wizard in Highlands but he's just disappear 🫠

I went till the bottom of the map in Clagmar coast and found a floating mirror and a skeleton with a hat and two treasures

Have u ever seen another wizard flying in broom on the highlands? Besides the students in Hogwarts of course.

Still looking for the dragon...
