Bifolding door dismounting, have no idea what is wrong?
Hey guys, I need your help
I have this folding door I paid more than a thousand euros between the door itself and installation. The door itself is quite strange, it folds on itself and moves to the side. However, the top bit, which should always stay still and only rotate, now moves, so the door doesn't close. My father in law who is quite handy took a look at it for close to an hour today, but he physically can't see anything that has been detached or unscrewed. It just moves now, but everything seems in place
I don't know anyone who can help, except maybe the people who first installed which were quite far away and are probably going to be expensive again, so if anyone has any clue what the problem is, I'd love to hear it!
I don't think anything broke or snapped because before it got this extreme, it was doing it a tiny bit- if I helped it rotate with my hand it would close. After a few days it got bad and now ther door cannot be close at all without really forcing that bit to stay in place
