Help with Steam Support (Password Reset)
I thought about buying a Steamdeck and wanted to reactivate my Steam account, but apparently forgot my password.
Wanted to reset my password with the email address, Steam asks me for my password, I enter forgotten password and come to a support ticket.
4 support employees now want a 16-digit Paysafe card code, because of course I no longer have it, because my last payment was 2017 and this ran through Paypal, which is linked to my bank account
I sent them 3 invoices of this type, which should clearly show that I am both the owner of the Paypal account and email accounts, both of which are connected to the Steam account... but it is not enough for support
When I try to argue against it, I only get the message that data for verification is missing, until they are not given through, I get no help.... It looks like I’m texting with Bots
Do any of you know any other way to get in touch with support, with a person not a bot xD
