I recently bought myself a budget planer in the Vevor spiral head unit. It has it's issues with snipe and chip collection but for the price I can't complain. However, the cutter heads seam to be messed up in some way. For some reason 2 of the rows of heads are about 0.005" off from the rest of the rows leaving these raised sections in the board. I've attempted to rotate all the heads and swap them around to check if it was just those ones but it seems to consistently be just those whole rows

Does anybody know if this is something that can be fixed or is it a defect that will have to go to the manufacturer for?

(I know you aren't supposed to run stock sideways through the planer but I didn't have a piece wide enough to check all the heads at once and this was just for photo purposes and was all verified with proper passes with other stock beforehand.)
