Hi all,

I had this M18FTR at work, the guys there I think abused it a bit. The bearing by the collet went bad.

I bought the rebuild kit from Milwaukee, the other bearing by the battery felt / sounded good.

Just rebuilt this thing which was fairly straightforward, however this thing still appears to run pretty hot. If I leave it running on the bench for 30 - 60 seconds at full speed, when I stop it the collet is almost too hot to touch, is this normal? It's out of warranty unfortunately
